Seasonal Tax Support Specialist

Location: Lake Elmo, MN (Onsite)

Duration: Late January/Early February - Mid/Late April

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and assemble tax return packages
  • Communicate with clients to ensure timely processing
  • Organize and manage incoming workflow
  • Scan and maintain digital records
  • Update tracking spreadsheets for tax return progress
  • Assist clients with document signing and payment processing (as needed)
  • Maintain filing systems and file room organization
  • Provide occasional office upkeep

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ years in an office setting within financial services
  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Familiarity with printing/scanning processes
    • Citrix experience is a major plus
  • Attributes:
    • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
    • Reliable and punctual

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Pay: $20-$23/hour
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Type: Temporary for 3 months ; start late January / early February and will go until 4/15 (probably will go through the end of April depending on their needs).
